- At least six significant court, regulatory or contentious commercial Matters, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- At least three Matters must have produced a judgment, settlement, order or material procedural outcome during the Eligibility Period.
- The practice must demonstrate team depth and must not rely solely on one advocate.
- Evidence should include case summaries, permitted orders or extracts, team role, strategy and client or independent professional references.
