Full requirements
- Litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication, regulatory enforcement, investigation, public-law proceedings or another genuinely contested legal process may qualify.
- The Dispute need not be finally concluded but must have produced a judgment, award, settlement or material and verifiable procedural milestone during the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- A win is not mandatory. Legal significance and strategic achievement may justify recognition.
- The entrant must disclose its precise role and authority to submit.
