  • Normally at least 12 years of post-qualification legal experience
  • Lead or decisive strategic role in at least three eligible Disputes
  • Two client or independent references

Full requirements

  • Partner, counsel or equivalent senior private-practice disputes lawyer.
  • Normally at least 12 years of post-qualification legal experience, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
  • Lead or decisive strategic role in at least three eligible Disputes.
  • Nominee consent before public Shortlist announcement.
  • Confidential Matters must remain verifiable.
  • Two client or independent references and evidence of outcome, milestone or strategy are required.
