Full requirements
- A permanent legal team within a company, public body, government entity, regulated organisation, non-profit or institution.
- At least two permanent legal professionals. A single-person function may be considered only by exceptional Oversight approval where impact and evidence are substantial.
- Material legal, governance, risk, Transaction, Dispute, compliance or operational work during the Eligibility Period.
- Use of external counsel is permitted and will be assessed for strategy and value, not penalised.
- Up to six representative Matters or Initiatives.
- Senior business or institutional reference.
- Risk, governance, efficiency or value evidence.
- Team structure and development evidence.
