- At least four significant international arbitrations plus two additional arbitration-related Matters
- At least three Matters reaching a hearing, award, settlement or material milestone
- Seat, rules, jurisdictional context and precise role disclosed where legally permitted
- Arbitrators may not submit work based on cases in which they sat
Full requirements
- At least four significant international arbitrations and two additional arbitration-related Matters, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- At least three Matters must have reached a hearing, award, settlement or material procedural milestone during the Eligibility Period.
- The practice must disclose the seat, rules, broad jurisdictional context and precise role where legally permitted.
- Arbitrators may not submit work based on cases in which they sat.
- Note: Confidentiality does not reduce the evidence standard. Redacted and restricted evidence may be used.
