Full requirements
- Between four and ten completed years since first professional qualification as a lawyer at the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- Not an equity partner for more than two years.
- Significant personal responsibility in at least three Matters.
- Maximum one Nominee per organisation in this category.
- Six Matters and a personal-role explanation.
- Supervising-partner or team-leader reference.
- Client, co-counsel or independent professional reference.
- Evidence of initiative, development and contribution.
