Eligibility snapshot
- Substantive lawyer capability in at least four Middle East or African jurisdictions
- Permanent local offices or integrated locally regulated associated firms
- At least six significant cross-border or multi-jurisdictional Matters
- Two client referees from different jurisdictions
Full requirements
- Regional Law Firms and International Law Firms with substantive integrated capability across the eligible region.
- Substantive lawyer capability in at least four Middle East or African jurisdictions, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- Permanent local offices or integrated locally regulated associated firms. A referral network alone is insufficient.
- At least six significant cross-border or multi-jurisdictional Matters during the Eligibility Period.
- Evidence of common governance, coordinated delivery, shared standards and regional leadership.
- Regional office or entity map and governance explanation.
- Three cross-border Matters showing coordination and precise office roles.
- Two client referees from different jurisdictions.
- Note: The firm may not also enter Law Firm of the Year — by Country or Boutique Law Firm of the Year.
